Alfonso Ribeiro’s gorgeous four-year-old daughter Ava Sue is now in the process of healing from a recent scooter accident.

To the relief of her father, who is most known for being the host of Dancing with the Stars, the resilient young girl is making great improvement.

Ava’s fourth birthday was the day after the tragedy, and it was not the kind of day anyone would hope for. Alfonso, 51, posted a poignant message of gratitude to the medical staff of @kareskinmd on Instagram, thanking them for their timely and expert care.

Alfonso just gave a positive report, saying that despite the difficult and frightening experiences they have had, Ava is doing incredibly well.

He expressed his delight at Ava taking part in the Fourth of July festivities in Washington, D.C., mentioning that she would be there with the family and highlighting her impressive healing progress.

Alfonso admitted that the treatment had taken a long time and was comprehensive, but he was quite proud of Ava’s excellent recovery.
