Whether or not you believe in miracles, they do occur, and they frequently happen when we least expect them.
The COVID-19 epidemic has an unthinkable impact on humanity. Economic collapse was imminent, many businesses were forced to close, and many people lost their jobs. The saddest part is that many people were left battling for their life and others succumbed to the conflict.
In August, a viral test revealed that both Autimn Carver and her husband Zach were infected. Autumn was expecting her third kid at the time, but unhappily, her health wasn’t great, so she was admitted to the hospital and had to have a C-section at the 33rd week of her pregnancy.
Baby Huxley was delivered without complications, but Autumn had trouble breathing and needed to be put on life support.
After 10 days, the infant was discharged from the hospital, but Autumn needed to stay much longer because the outlook was dismal.
Thankfully, this strong mother of three was finally able to embrace her bundle of joy in her arms after two grueling months.
According to Zach Carver, “It was very emotional for myself, her parents, of course, and of course for Autumn.” She is fighting so ferociously to go home to our children, which is the reason.
On Facebook, he posted the joyful news along with the following message: “A surprise meeting with a doctor this morning brought us out of isolation and a plan for Autumn to meet Huxley. The same discussion informed us that Autumn Carver would be getting a lesser tracheotomy so she could attach a speaking device to it.
“She finally got to see our kid today at 3 pm, and needless to say, it was a fantastic moment. The beautiful occasion was observed by her parents, one of her closest friends, numerous nurses, and physicians. I’m not sure whether anyone in the vicinity had a dry eye. Later this afternoon, I overheard Autumn tell Zach, “I love you.” What a fantastic day.
We still have a ways to go, but today was a good day, which was much needed. Autumn expresses her gratitude for all the kind wishes and encouragement she has received. God be with you.
In Chicago’s Northwestern Memorial Hospital, physicians informed Autumn that she would likely require a lung transplant. However, Zach later provided an update in November stating that his courageous wife was getting stronger and stronger.
“We went from she’s going to die, so she’s going to need a full lung transplant, to she’s going home,” he added. It truly is a miracle.
