Recently, Brittany and Jason Aldean had their first awful parental experience.
On May 17, Brittany posted an Instagram Story informing users that her 4-year-old son Memphis Aldean Williams had visited the emergency room for the first time.
She captioned a picture of Memphis wrapped up in bed with an iPad and popcorn, giving the thumbs up, and wrote, “Our day took a detour when Mems fell at the pool.. two stitches under his chin and our first official trip to the E.R.”
Brittany complimented the “amazing nurses” and “one awesome doctor” who had provided medical care for her child in a later post.
After the scare with the stitches, how is Memphis doing these days? He’s doing okay, Brittany told her listeners. Really not, at least not in Mama’s opinion.
Jason also shared the news with everyone by posting a picture of Memphis on his social media account.
The small man went to the ER for the first time today, Jason tweeted. “I needed two stitches, but I took care of it like an expert. I’m ready to rock as I resume the ride.
Navy and Delta Rome Williams, a three-year-old, lives with his parents, Jason and Brittany, who got married in 2015. Keeley Williams, who is 19 years old, and Kendyl Williams, who is 14 years old, are Jason’s two children from a previous marriage to Jessica Ussery. Jason is also the father of two additional girls.
Jason informed everyone before Memphis was born that the name was inspired in some way by his love of Elvis Presley.
During their 2017 appearance on Country Countdown USA, Jason recalled that the band kept a notepad on which they wrote down potential names. “We both agreed on a few things, but there was just one that we felt was really essential. Elvis Presley is someone I’ve admired my entire life.
Memphis’s hospital visit (in classic Elvis style) worried his parents greatly, but we are relieved to hear that the “champ” is doing well.
