Paul Hogan claims that because of his sickness, he is now unable to open jars.
The 83-year-old actor who is most remembered for his role in “Crocodile Dundee” went on to say that he wants to spend the rest of his days in Australia, where he was born, and that he has had a “fortunate life.”
Paul, a Los Angeles resident, revealed the revelations on the TV show “A Current Affair,” where he also seemed to discuss the effects of having a pacemaker recently implanted and stated how he feels that his body is now “kept together by string.”
The father of six went on to say that he no longer needed his son Chance, 24, to assist him with everyday activities. I just… My strength has returned because it had rendered me weak, and all of my body fat has been eliminated, my muscles have all decreased. My kidney’s aorta issue was resolved by the therapy, but it made me smaller. I enlist Chance’s aid in opening jars.
Paul’s condition is caused by retroperitoneal fibrosis, a benign tumor that has surrounded his abdominal aorta and is pressing on one of his kidneys.

He continued by saying that even though he wasn’t in the right place, he wasn’t allowed to complain. He declared his desire to return to Australia.
In my life, there have been a lot of advantages. I miss the rest of my family who still lives in Sydney, therefore in an ideal scenario, I’d choose to be back there. I shouldn’t be complaining though, because despite the fact that I didn’t do anything to earn them, I’ve been the recipient of a lot of good things.

Twice-married Paul married Noelene Edwards in 1958, and the couple eventually had five kids together. After divorcing in 1981, they went their separate ways before reconciling and remarrying in 1982. Their second divorce, which began in 1986, was regarded as one of the ugliest celebrity splits in Australia.

In the years that followed, Paul wed Linda Kozlowski, 64, a fellow cast member from “Crocodile Dundee,” and the two had a son named Chance.
Irreconcilable differences served as the basis for Linda’s divorce petition in October 2013, and it was granted the following year, in 2014.
