Johnny Wactor, who played General Hospital, died at the age of 37.

The actor was shot and killed in Los Angeles on Saturday morning. He had been in almost 200 episodes of the drama series.

Scarlett, his mother, told TMZ the news.

She said that what happened happened after her son and his coworker left work early in the morning at a rooftop bar.

They had parked two blocks away from the restaurant.

The fact that Johnny walked his female coworker to her car didn’t surprise his brother Grant, who said that’s what they were taught as kids.

“We’re Southern, born and raised, and we would never let a female walk to their car by herself,” Grant said.

When Johnny got there, he saw a lot of activity around his car and thought that it meant he was being towed.

While he was getting closer to find out more, he saw three men messing with his car.

Scarlett told ABC7 that Johnny was shot by a man in a mask before the group ran off. The actor didn’t try to fight or confront them.

When the paramedics got there around 3 a.m., Johnny was already dead when they got there.

The news source said that the description fit a case where three suspects tried to steal a catalytic converter….

Even though no one has been blamed, Johnny’s mom said she hopes the killers are caught soon.

His mother and two younger brothers, Grant and Lance, will miss him.

Fans of the General Hospital actor have been calling his family on social media to say how sorry they are.

He was born in Charleston, South Carolina, on August 31, 1986.

He was best known for his role as Brando Corbin on General Hospital. Brando was married to Sofia Mattsson’s character Sasha Corbin.

From 2020 until 2022, he played the part. After that, his character was taken off the ABC show.

Johnny’s acting career began in 2007 when he played different roles on the Lifetime show Army Wives.

After that, he was in popular TV shows like Westworld, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Station 19, and The OA.

It’s only been a few months since Robyn Bernard, another star on General Hospital, died.

Robyn’s body was discovered March 12 in San Jacinto, California.

She was 64 years old.

She was one of the first actors, and in the 1980s, she played Terry Brock on the drama series for about six years.

A report from the Riverside County Coroner says she died at 4 a.m. in a field behind a business.

When police were called to look into a death, Robyn’s fingerprints were used to identify her.

People who watched General Hospital also mourned the death of the famous actress Jacklyn Zeman last year. She was 70 years old.

She died on May 10, 2023, after a long battle with cancer.
