The former fiancée of Morgan Wallen, Katie Smith, lost some of her faces and was seriously hurt in a tragic vehicle accident. Wallen and Smith have children together.
According to TMZ, Smith posted a picture from the Wednesday night Nashville incident to Instagram. Smith claims to have been driving a completely totaled car. She claims that a semi-truck hit the car after running a red light.
Smith posted images of her wounds. She had a bruised and swollen appearance on the entire right side of her face. Her car allegedly swerved numerous times, according to her. She continues by stating that it is now difficult for her to walk. It is currently unknown if the semi-truck driver sustained injuries. Smith’s passengers appear to have only suffered minor injuries.
Smith and Wallen have previously been dating. They are the parents of Indigo, a two-year-old. But lately, there hasn’t been any chemistry between them.
