Your prayers are needed for young Mia Robertson.

Duck Dynasty’s Jase and Missy Robertson are hoping that their daughter Mia’s forthcoming 14th surgery will be her final one. The young adult is recovering at home and living a regular life after receiving treatment earlier in July.

Mia underwent thirteen surgeries to treat her congenital cleft lip and palate. To ensure that every child has the chance to smile at least once in their lives, Mia founded the Mia Moo Fund on her own initiative. The remainder of the family has been transparent about the arduous journey they undertook to arrive at this point.

A few days prior to her procedure on July 8th, Mia’s mother, Missy, wrote on Instagram, “People ask me, “How many more operations does Mia have left?”.” “There is never another response than ‘We just don’t know.'”

On her Instagram page, Mia had a more upbeat view, stating, “I hope this will be the last time I have to visit my doctors in their office! We have made it to our destination despite the challenges of the route.”

The twelfth medical surgery for Mia was slated to take place in the spring of 2021. Her mother claims that the matter has advanced very significantly.

“Now that she is 18, she handles all conversations and fills all the medical paperwork. To put it mildly, it’s been strange,” Missy has been writing. “However, this is just another lesson: I can’t rely on myself and must lean on the Lord,” she said.

The Unashamed podcast’s host, Jase Robertson, recently talked about his complete family as well as his daughter Mia. The podcast is presently hosted by Jase Robertson. Finally, on July 9th, he let everyone know that she had fully recovered. She is currently recovering at home after surgery that went a little longer than anticipated. We are grateful for your prayers for her and for our entire family. She excels in every manner.

In addition, Missy Robertson updated her Instagram fans on another event in her family’s life: the birth of her baby child. She and her husband consented to take on legal guardianship of an infant in March after the kid’s biological mother was found to be incompetent to care for the youngster. She had predicted that the guardianship would last a while at the time. The pair had continued to take care of her as of June 25.
